We offer a range of family and individual support and services 

This can include

  • support meetings for survivors

  • Carers support group

  • activities 

  • Sports development [health and well-being]

  • Art based therapy 

  • Relaxation therapy 

  • All of our projects include an aspect of social support, encouraging and helping to integrate into the community again 

  • The friendly nature of these groups enables those attending to share experiences with others who are in a similar situation in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

  • Brain injury survivors are helped

  • To learn new skills and regain lost ones

  • to reintegrate socially and over come isolation 

  • to develop self esteem and confidence
